Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Limited editions or custom items may require an extra 1–2 days.
• Carrier & Transit: We ship via USPS. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and may vary.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
• Wrong/Undeliverable Address: If a package is returned due to an address issue, we can reship once postage is paid. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Returns & Support Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Picky Pads or DIY gel components. Picky Pads are a remeltable, reusable gel-based product; many concerns can be solved with quick 1-on-1 support and our remake instructions.

How to Get Help (Required Process)

If there’s any issue with your order or you need assistance, please contact us so we can help you 1-on-1:

1. Email muddydogcreations@gmail.com or use the Contact page.
2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos/video if applicable.
3. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days with troubleshooting steps (e.g., remake guidance) or next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess and provide a resolution (e.g., replacement components or other remedy) at our discretion.

Heat-Sensitive Reminder

The gel base is designed to be remeltable & reusable. Softening or shape changes can occur during shipping or use — this is normal and resolved by following the included instructions to remake. This is not considered damage.
