These PICKY PADS are handcrafted and designed to be the perfect sensory experience! These picky pads are a great way to strengthen and improve fine motor skills. They are perfect for individuals struggling with skin-picking and nail-biting behaviors, hair pulling, anxiety, fidgeting, or daily stress.
Each Picky Pad is lightly scented with peppermint & lavender. If you would prefer no scent, just let me know, but note the picky pad will have a unique scent due to the materials used to create the base.
They are designed to be remelted at least 30 times! These picky pads come with instructions for remelting. Each time you remelt your picky pad, you have the opportunity to create a new unique design for your pad! There is an option to include a silicone mold, which makes remelting a breeze! Each Big Daddy Patty is 6 inches in diameter and over 12 oz in weight.
These picky pads are made from a base mixture of biodegradable and eco-friendly materials. When heated, the liquid does not produce any toxic fumes. It is also water soluble so if there is any spillage, it is easy to clean with a mild soap and water and is safe to rinse down the drain.
*Beads, inclusions, and charms are not biodegradable, but can be reused as many times as desired.
Since this product melts when heated, it may get slightly sticky/tacky when handled in a warm environment. If this occurs, simply throw your picky pad in the fridge for a few minutes and it will firm up. Feel free to store your picky pad in its mylar bag in the fridge when not in use.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, you will not receive the exact item pictured (beads/charms may vary slightly). There will be variations on the placement of beads/charms as they are randomly placed.
WARNING: Picky pads contain small parts, which can be a choking hazard. These are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years old, or any individuals that have a tendency to place inedible objects into their mouths. These are not toys. Adult supervision is recommended if given to a child. While these Picky Pads are made with non-toxic, food grade ingredients, they are not edible. DO NOT EAT. Picky Pads should be stored in a safe place, out of reach from children & pets.
Important: Heat Sensitivity Notice
Due to the remeltable characteristic of our picky pad gel base, this product is temperature sensitive.
I do my best to protect your order with a Mylar bag and thermal bubble mailer, but I can’t control the weather during transit.
If your picky pad arrives tacky or slightly misshaped, don’t worry — it just needs a little refresh!
Simply do one remelt and cool cycle to restore the gel base to its proper texture.
